RETURN POLICY: If item is defective on delivery OR not as described in the listing, you may return it for an exchange within 6 months of purchase. If the same brand and model is not available for exchange, the seller will exchange item for a comparable item. No refunds. Only exchanges within 6 months of purchase. Accidental damage to items such as the ones caused by spills, drops, improper handling, improper use, etc, are not covered by warranty. Returns for exchange must be accompanied by a return merchandise authorization (RMA). Returns without a proper RMA will not be honored. Please contact us for specific return instructions before returning item.

SHIPPING: Delivery times for USPS Ground Advantage® average 8 to 10 days. If you need your item sooner, USPS Priority Mail (average delivery time is 2-4 days), and USPS Priority Mail Express (average delivery time is 1-3 days) are available for an additional cost at the time of checkout. Note: Sundays and National holidays do not count as delivery days. Occasionally, severe weather will impact the above delivery times. For international customers, USPS Priority Mail International is available.

Tracking numbers are emailed to the buyer after the item ships. To track your package, please log into your VOXEAGLE EQUIPMENT account and from the shipment tab, click on the tracking number link. For shipments outside the US, the buyer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, fees, associated with the shipment. These fees vary by country. Please contact your local post office and/or local customs office to find out what these fees are.

LIABILITY LIMIT: In no event shall the seller be liable for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the products purchased on this site, including lost profits, whether or not the possibility of such damages was, or could have been, known. The liability of this seller and affiliates, and their respective employees, to you, the buyer, or any third parties in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid by you for the product purchased under the Voxeagle Equipment listing.
